The Reflections Retreat is a weekend retreat for youth between the ages of 18 and 25. This year’s theme will incorporate activities that will invigorate the mind, body, and soul, and provide the opportunity for students to meet new people, and build lasting friendships.
The cost of the retreat covers transportation, accommodation, all meals and snacks, and activities
Pick up: Friday, Jan 20, 5:30 pm at Burnaby Lake Jamatkhana (6556 Sprott St, Burnaby)
Drop off: Sunday, Jan 22, 3:30 pm at Burnaby Lake Jamatkhana (6556 Sprott St, Burnaby)
Packing List
Clothing:Jeans, sweatpants, t-shirts/long sleeve shirts, sweaters, runners, sandals (for the shower and canoeing), socks, warm jacket, fleece, gloves, hat, pyjamas
